Education and Training
Jessica had graduated cum laude from Northern Valley Regional High School in Demarest.
She then attended Penn State University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
Jessica currently maintains her Real Estate & Technology knowledge by attending several courses throughout the year.
She has earned her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation and e-PRO certification.
Areas of Expertise
Having grown up in the Northern Valley area, Jessica has more experience and knowledge in the local communities than most. She also has a strong background in technology allowing her to specialize in internet marketing. Jessica has earned her SRES designation giving Seniors the edge they are looking for.

Community Involvement
While growing up Jessica watched both of her parents become involved in the community. Her mother, Judith Cauda, was President of the Demarest PTA and father, John Cauda was President of the Demarest Athletic Association and a board member of the Demarest Swim Club.
Jessica has decided to become active in her community with being an active member of the Selzer School PTO and a Dumont Girl Scout Leader.
Personal Background
Prior to real estate, Jessica had worked for UBS/PaineWebber. She was a Assistant Vice President in the Legal Systems Department.
Jessica now enjoys her Real estate career and being a mother to 3 lovely children, Rachael (7), Amanda (5) and Daniel (2).
